Thought Joe was bloody brilliant! Looked really solid and the least wobbly he’s been so far, if seemed a surprisingly good choice of music for him.

I’m pleased with the results. I think that the three boys should be in the final, but Libby will probably get in instead of one of them. I’ve had Joe in second place for a few weeks, but Ben is rapidly improving each week.

According to the Mail, Hamish was back tonight. I didn’t see him but I missed the opening professionals skate. Good that he’s back though.

Back to the skating - what was the point of the skate off bit? Just time filling I reckon...

Have to catch up yet, although I know who went home. Lisa started well on the programme, and was quite confident but I think she never recovered fully from the fall, confidence wise.

I didn’t like Holly’s dress either. I don’t think it is unkind - merely an observation. It looked like a 1970s Christmas tree decoration.

Paul’s jacket was also a bit of a fright but I did like the hanky.

I think the right one went this week. The boys were grand and Libby continues to amaze me.

I finally got round to watching last week - Maura couldn’t have put out her petted lip any further. I get that you are disappointed but a wee bit of grace girl...

Holly’s dress showed off her figure again but it looked a bit wipe clean. I’m not loving the frocks at all.

Lovely to see much more of my fave Daniel. just about recognised him with his stubble. See he is involved with the training. What a rock he was and so nice to his partners. He had a special dance quality which I warmed to.

I think it’s ok for people to comment they didn’t like Holly’s dress. They’re just saying they didn’t like the fabric. Or phil’s jacket. Just saying it wasn’t to their personal taste is a long way from shredding another woman’s appearance.

Why should we say nothing, why should celebs constantly have their egos stroked with everyone forever singing their praises. They’re making a lot of money being in the public eye, they obviously love the limelight, they put a big emphasis on what they wear, particularly HW who often wears princess dresses on dancing on ice ffs,......they MUST expect negative comments as well as good ones. As if HW gives a flying toss when people comment on how they don’t like her dress. If celebs are that bloody fragile they’re in the wrong job. If I was a highly paid celebrity the least of my worries would be people commenting that they didn’t like a particular dress. I seriously would not care. How trivial.
