I want to watch it but Im worried I might find the religious aspect offensive to Christians. Is it disrespectful?

Started late afternoon on episode 5 and like it so far.

Well I enjoyed good omens and thats pretty tongue in cheek.

i did feel a bit overwhelmed and stopped watching as it felt like it’s exploiting the current Syrian Tragic events for entertainment.

Just finished it. In my defence I've been VERY ill the last 24 hours. Don't want to share any spoilers for anyone else but come back when you've finished it!

The only issue other than every single thing about him would be dating someone prettier than me. Although I'm bisexual and I've definitely dated women prettier than me. Fuck it, as someone passionate about equality I should date pretty men to!

I found the young girl absolutely mesmerising (obviously in a different way!) too, she is such a charismatic actress. Though scenes of flashing and her having seizure wasn't great for me as someone with epilepsy 😂

I loved this! Really interested in what people thought of the concept. As in haven’t all the major religions predicted a second coming?!!

Ooh loved it, really hope there's a series two. I guess it won't be until next year though! I got through them quickly I might rewatch at some point.

Wow this was one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. I was transfixed. I actually watched it without multitasking. I usually knit while I’ve watching TV but this was too gripping!
I just finished the last episode. I made it last 3 days. I’m desperate for more!

It took me at least 4 episodes to decide if I wanted to really continue watching it. I’ve just finished it & I have to say I will need to analyse further to feel that I understand what’s it’s really about?!
