It starts at 8 with Why I Fired Them (because they were fucking useless obviously) and then the final is at 9. Who will win? Who will lose? Do we even care?

I am not totally sold on this year. Not really sure I'm that bothered about who wins tbh. Although, it has been entertaining and infuriating all at once this year.

I don’t think it’s been a vintage year. Needs to have a bit of a break and possibly come back with a slightly different format.

I’d quite like to see it go back to being a job on offer, but maybe in different fields.

I agree it needs to come back with a different format, and yes to going back to being a job offer. At the end of the day, he'll pick whichever business plan he likes.

Yes, I think Carina will win. Neither business plan has a strong USP though.

I've enjoyed this year's show, but it was spoiled somewhat by You're Fired being pretty much unwatchable due to the lack of screen time given to the candidates. I'm not even sure I can be bothered with You're Hired tonight.

Do they always do an entire programme on “why I fired them”? I know it’s normally part of You’re Fired but not sure it was this year.

I think they do, but not normally in the slot before the final (but the final has usually been on a Sunday before). It wasn't in You're Fired this year, presumably because Tom Allen didn't want to relinquish the screen time to Suralan.
