It starts at 8 with Why I Fired Them (because they were fucking useless obviously) and then the final is at 9. Who will win? Who will lose? Do we even care?

Didn't Jack Dee host You're Fired for one series? I seem to remember that being the time I stopped watching it as he was dreadful and the format changed so much away from the contestants at that point. I think they had Romesh Ranganathen as a regular panel member and it became all about him

Yes, that's right. It didn't really work having Romesh as a panellist week-in, week-out - not Romesh's fault, just that he inevitably ran out of interesting things to say after a couple of weeks.

Dara O'Briain was my favourite host. Followed by Adrian Chiles, then Rhod Gilbert, then Jack Dee and lastly, Tom Allen. In fairness to Tom, it's the format that's gone to pot and the fact that the show doesn't suit his style of comedy, rather than there being anything inherently bad about him as a comedian.

What's the podcast opportunity?

Scarlett interviewed two successful businesswomen for a podcast. One was a former contestant. We didn't see anything of the podcast during her presentation, though - it wasn't clear what it was used for.

Glad Carina won. Did not like the way Scarlett attacked Carina in the final boardroom. Would be good to see a different format next year.

Totally agree with those about You're Fired. I haven't watched it much this series as I can not stand Tom Allen. He has also ruined Extra Slice.

I agree with the poster who said that this yeas memorable characters will be Lottie, Thomas and Ryan-Mark.

From how the final programme was going, I thought the recruitment business had won, so was surprised at the end.
