Only those with a triple PhD is bullshit will be interviewed. Unsuccessful candidates will be expected to lend their lack of skills to those that progress to the next stage.

I was surprised too that Lottie isn't at university. I wonder whether the posh act is everyone thinking shes intelligent just because shes put on a fake posh voice when really she just didnt do well at school, has ended up working at her old school and thought the Apprentice was a good way to get on reality tv?
Agree about her not being a librarian. Shes a library assistant in a school. I did that as my saturday job when I was at school. Best job I ever had. I was going to do the librarianship degree.

Alan Sugar already has two recruitment businesses - a life sciences one and another with a young chap who I can't remember the name of. Surely he wouldn't go for a third?

Agree Lottie is fake posh - actual posh would be on gap yah or at uni, not working as a library assistant at their old state school. She has also had a lot of retail/waitress/barmaid type jobs.

Having finally watched The Final Five episode I think Lottie comes across as fairly difficult but might actually be quite vulnerable underneath it all.

I think Lottie is basically immature, which is understandable as she's still very young and probably hasn't had much experience of real life yet - still working at her old school, rather than having to brave a new environment and learn to get on with people. I expect as well that the programme has been edited to make her look worse than she actually is.

Thanks, just read the WhatsApp and it looks like the Ghandhi comment was name calling with specific reference to Lubna's race. Makes Lottie seem very 'local yokel' with little understanding of world.

VERY immature, a great deal of growing up to do. This is what makes her vulnerable though.

The Ghandi comment was pretty unforgivable and she has a lot to learn.

They were pretty lenient with Scarlett as well really, I think lying about a degree is pretty shocking particularly considering her business proposal!

I've just looked at Scarlett's LinkedIn and it doesn't say she has completed a degree, just that she has been studying Business Studies with the Open University since 2013.

I watched the final 5 show. Her mum and sister are not posh. Her mum said nobody would ever win an argument against her. I have always thought Lottie spoke well in terms of vocabulary but the voice itself seemed put on. As does Ryan Mark's.

On the final 5 show it said that Lottie had left home at 17. Before that she was in the air cadets and wanted to join RAF. She applied twice when she was 17 but failed due to the fitness tests, and that it hit her hard. I was surprised at that.

She also mentioned reading a lot and said something about using unusual words makes you seem more intelligent than you are.

I think she is trying to reinvent herself as posh, and is on a journey of self improvement and is aspirational. Nothing wrong with that. But her youth and the way she treats others meant she has over egged the pudding. She seems desperate to be something/someone. I think if she had entered when she was in her mid 20s she might actually be a force to be reckoned with. By that time she might have reined in the ego a bit.

I'm a headhunter and it's easy to spot those that didn't complete their degrees as they just don't put an end date or remove dates completely but still include either just the Uni or uni and degree.

I suspected this is what Scarlett did while watching last night as it's very common. She hasn't technically lied as OU is module by module and can take as long as you like.
