I'm sorry Malin went too. I think it was hard for him as he is a head chef in a pub and they never mentioned "fine dining" whereas Freddie has had five years at Michelin starred Ockenden Manor under his belt. Malin's first dish looked lovely but the second with the mousse did look a bit homely. Arbinder 's food always looks so attractive as well.
I thought Andrew might have been for the chop which would have been sad as he has been so consistently great until now. I think he'd be a great guy to work in a really busy kitchen with, calm and organised.
