Shock at the doc, Potter! What a numpty!

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 18/12/2019 20:18

Evening. I'm worried about Exose.
Glad to hear you're ok ish Potter. Feet up and chill

Phew.
I've got my tree up. 😣 We got a little one in a pot last year because of pup.dd did it and it's the most pathetic scrawny little thing. I'm going to have to brave the attic this weekend.
Oh wankiness ahoy.

RomaineCalm · 18/12/2019 20:19

Fingers crossed Potter. The doctor sounds pretty hopeless.

Lisbon is on my list of cities to visit, it looks lovely.

jay55 · 18/12/2019 20:19

I hate these long chef ads, it's finals week, focus on the finalists.

PotterHead1985 · 18/12/2019 20:19

He did Art and Business then to be a chef. I did Childcare and Arts - history, politics and English) and then went on to culinary school. God I miss it.

Binglebong · 18/12/2019 20:19

#WeWantPlates!

No tree here either. Evening all.

Halsall · 18/12/2019 20:19

I'm already not liking those naff hand plate/dish thingies.

OP posts:
Grinchly · 18/12/2019 20:19

I do hate those pottery hands some high end restaurants use.
Michelin équivalent of slates instead of plates.

fourquenelles · 18/12/2019 20:20

Love all things Portuguese I do apart from fucking lampreys. Evil little sucking wankers.

Grinchly · 18/12/2019 20:20

Snap Halsall. The shaggy guy in Leeds uses them too.forget his name.

PotterHead1985 · 18/12/2019 20:20

Lisbon is on my list too. It looks lovely. And the food. I'm a foodie and a half when I travel.

TheDogsMother · 18/12/2019 20:20

@RomaineCalm We went this year and absolutely loved it it. For a cool area and hotel try Memmo Alfama.

GrouchyKiwi · 18/12/2019 20:21

We have two trees up so I could decorate one without the children getting involved. Grin

Some of those dishes look lovely, some look ridiculous. I'm not sure we'll get as much as insane wankery as usual.

Grinchly · 18/12/2019 20:21

I think this place will play to a Olivia's strengths.
Concerned re Exose but let's see

PotterHead1985 · 18/12/2019 20:21

Shiiiit this food is THE HEIGHT of wankeriness

Binglebong · 18/12/2019 20:22

Not convinced by this chef. And not surprised he studied art. He's an arteeeesst.

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 18/12/2019 20:22

Ah there's a story...
And soil. It looks like real soil.

fourquenelles · 18/12/2019 20:23

If you go to Lisbon Romaine pop up to Porto for the day. Wonderful shabby Art Nouveau city (and some of my late husband's ashes are in the Douro by the Riberia )

Binglebong · 18/12/2019 20:23

It really is Potter.

Nice of you to offer a blood sample. The numpty must have been panicking.

RomaineCalm · 18/12/2019 20:23

Thank you @TheDogsMother - will definitely have a look at it.

Well, that's Christmas breakfast sorted - poached eggs with gold leaf, truffle oil and some blackened, dry breadcrumbs. I'm sure DMIL will love it!

Footle · 18/12/2019 20:23

Where's Schadenfreude this time ?

jay55 · 18/12/2019 20:24

Gold leaf on a 5p egg, agree height of wankery.

Binglebong · 18/12/2019 20:24

The chips! HahahaCrown Grin

GrouchyKiwi · 18/12/2019 20:24

I take it back after seeing those bags. How very appetising. Hmm

Grinchly · 18/12/2019 20:24
