why the hell did they get given brownies for absolutely no reason last night?! They're eating far too well. Nobody has said "Get me out of here" yet, and nobody has refused to do any tasks etc, so they havent been truly starving at any point.

Has anyone seen that myles ex has released screenshots of his messages to other girls? On her Instagram she wrote something like she was sick of him talking about her and had to get the story straight but I’m confused because he hasn’t mentioned her in there?

I like some of the changes they've made this year - including the programme normally being 1 hr. - unless they are going to start increasing the time now?

Also they don't seem to be repeating the same shot and comments so much - I used to find that really tedious.

But.....they seem to have very few jobs to do! I know the fire is no longer relevant so wood collecting etc. has gone, but surely there could be a few tasks apart from emptying the dunny (which I've never seen this series) and cooking.

On the whole though, I'm enjoying it. Go Kate!!!

She definitely wants attention, weird to start a war on someone who isn’t even here to reply or defend himself. I suppose you can’t if you’ve cheated but she’s still talking about him and he’s oblivious

I'd love to see the logistics of how they set the trials up. How did they build that trial for Ian with a lift in it in a jungle? That weird trial with Andy and Nadine, involving aliens and getting them so high up. The xray machine and luggage yesterday. It doesn't look like the easiest place to get vehicle and machinery etc to. Must require months of planning the trials and then sourcing everything they need. Can imagine so many people and money behind the scenes.

The lift didn't go up and down though did it; it just had doors on each side

He went in one door and then out another door on the side of the lift (90 degrees).

KurriKawari I know why they were given the brownies - but it was tenuous and out of the blue. Just seems to have been for no reason whatsoever.

We were saying they don't seem to gel as much as last year "fab-u-lous" John Barrowman, Harry and Emily! I think they've won every dingo dollar challenge so far although some of the trials looked nearly impossible.

I get that the lift didnt move, still hard to set up whilst respecting a beautiful forest.

If you can bear the torture of Extra Camp, they show more detail of how the trials are set up

I think they're all tiptoeing around james and his shitty behaviour, so they're not having as much "fun" as they sometimes do. And nobody is making the others laugh and keeping the spirits up in the way that John and Emily did last year

I feel for Roman, he would have had a great time with the camp mates last year. And Andy would be great if he had the right people to "bounce" off. Instead he's got miserable James who keeps shutting him down.

Last year and previous years they seem to have made themselves stuff to do. Like dancing, exercise, just general larking around. ThIs lot seem to just sit around or sleep.

Giving today's episode a miss again, sleeps like a slog and I just watch it out if habit.

On extra camp they were pointing out there’s no campfire this year and that the celebs have therefore lost a focal point. Sitting around a campfire feels very medatative and builds that feeling of being in a group, plus having to keep the fire going and get firewood etc helps to give something to do. Without a campfire the atmosphere likely feels very different and Extra Camp felt that the campfire was important for keeping up morale and that without it spirits might be lower this year.

This trial looks entertaining. I like watching a good dress up!

I think that's probably true re the fire. They are special things.

I missed the fire when it pissed rain because previously they would have had to rebuild it.
