I really enjoyed the show last night without having James in it! Ian seemed much more relaxed and fun.

I think James was extremely manipulative. He gave JJ the “little sister” title early on. Whenever someone was upset, he would be straight over offering moral support and trying to lift their mood. I think he does these things so he can paint himself out to be the good guy! Just like with having to serve himself last. He feels like by doing these “nice” and “gentlemanly” things, he can then take the moral high ground over the rest of camp. That’s my take on it anyway.

It has been a boring series. It could have worked better if they had another strong male (or female) in there who stood up to James and threatened his position of alpha in the camp. That would have provided some drama but also, I would have loved nothing more than for James to have been brought down a peg or two.
