Re the romping. Saw a thing today about Vernon Kaye being asked what's going on with him and Tess as they've not been seen together for a few months. She may be romping. Or not. The fact that the rompers are not being named suggests extra marital type shenanigans.

Going back to the discussion a bit further back about how long they have been doing Couple’s Choice: I think it was last year when Giovanni and Faye did a fab Theatre/Jazz number. That was my favourite of the genre - not keen on the wafty ones.

Matthew and Nicole choreographed one of my favourite ever pro group dances back in the day. It was a jive to Rebel Yell and I still Re watch it now on YouTube

Gio and Faye's was incredible. Perfectly in sync from start to finish. I often rewatch it.

Karen and Charles were great too, especially as they were stuck in the 25 zone for weeks before that dance. It was such a revelation. I thought Charles was great, but he never clicked with the judges for some reason

@RageAgainstTheVendingMachine thank you for that. I will sit down one afternoon and watch as many videos as there are (or I have time for).

I would love to be able to watch all the old series of Strictly. I didn't start watching until series 6. I really did not think it would be my cup of tea as I was never interested in Come Dancing. Work colleagues kept talking about it and so I starting watching series 6 just to see what the fuss was about and fell in love with it. It's one of my favourite programmes and I could kick myself for not watching from the start.

Faye's CC was one of my favourite ever dances. It's perfect.

I'd love to watch previous series. I didn't watch for years because I couldn't stand Bruce F. More fool me, I didn't know what I was missing! The YouTube uploads are good but don't have the judges comments on them which is a shame.

Do we have any confirmation that Neil is gay or do people assume he is because of his campness?

I never saw any couply chemistry between him and Katya but he clearly cares for her a great deal, even now. Even with the kiss scandal, he was defending her against trolls on his social media.

The Daily Star/Sun/Mirror etc run this story every year, and I personally don't think there is a secret couple at all.

I can't imagine Neil would have any problem coming out in the dance world, so I doubt very much that his marriage was a sham. I don't equate gay with camp, they're not the same thing at all. My brother is gay but definitely not camp, and I know plenty of straight people who are camp but not gay. I don't like speculating on people's sexuality, if they want us to know, they'll tell us.

Half a dress is appealing to Sooty. Given that he goes about in the nuddy himself, think of all the money they’ll save on clothes.

Yes I thought this.. but I seem to recall there were similar vague rumours of romping around the time Gorka / Gemma got together, and then it was a while before it was known who it was..

In the article I read the other day, it said "emphasis on appeared", which made me wonder if it's someone who appeared on the show, as in, already left..
