Agreed, on everything.

Faez · 14/11/2019 00:51

Does anyone else remember Jemima Rooper in "As If"

northerngirl2012 · 14/11/2019 10:43

I like Marsha, her clothes are fantastic. Loving the series so far, making working from home more bearable!

2Rebecca · 14/11/2019 12:44

I thought she was partly so attached to him because her life seemed fairly empty. She had a large house and lots of money and 3 children doing their own thing even if one lives with her. He gives her life a bit of meaning. Only seen 2 eps but she seems to have no friends and didnt seem to like anyone in the local village. She's not much older than me but I have much more going on in my life than she does.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 14/11/2019 13:02

Well, she lost her friend too. God,what a nightmare situation.

IHaveBrilloHair · 14/11/2019 13:55

I actually wonder if there could be a second series as so much was left open, or could be explored more.

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 14/11/2019 14:17

The actor who played Benjamin really reminded me of Jamie Dornan. Great series. Loved all the female cast members' clothes.

SmellyToes1 · 14/11/2019 16:32

Yes, Agree 100% about Jamie Dornan! Was thinking I have to watch The Fall again.

So love this so far, even with the red flags that make me feel very sad.

Love the fact that Julia isn’t a size 10 and looks gorgeous. Think I need to buy a lovely coat

derxa · 14/11/2019 16:41

I binge watched this yesterday. All nonsense of course. But the settings and the houses... Beautiful. I'll come back when the when the whole thing is aired

Oblomov19 · 14/11/2019 16:48

Only watched episode 1 so far.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 14/11/2019 16:54

There really doesn't need to be a second series imo ,I hope it's just left as it is. I loved the fact the ending was so ambiguous.

Oh fuck. I hope I don't get flamed for spoilers.

IHaveBrilloHair · 14/11/2019 17:26

MrsPellegrino
I'd watch a second series, but I'm not bothered if there isn't one.
It just seems like there could be.

Polkadotdelight · 14/11/2019 17:54

I've binge watched them all now and I think there could well be a second series. I won't say anymore but I'm dying to discuss it!

IHaveBrilloHair · 14/11/2019 17:58

Me too!

longwayoff · 14/11/2019 18:32

Her money is her family money, she says in one episode that she's a lways been wealthy.

RingtheBells · 14/11/2019 18:58

I have also watched them all and think there may be a second series as they could do more stuff with the family members

burntpinky · 14/11/2019 19:14

I binge watched this today as off sick (literally being sick) and thought it was great. I saw in an interview Ben Barnes said the last episode would wrap everything up and we wouldn’t be left hanging but I sort of felt like there was potential to interpret it the other way!

Elderflower14 · 14/11/2019 20:08

Ben Barnes was in The Picture Of Dorian Gray... I used to know the artist who painted the portrait for the film... He lived down the road from me.

ooooohbetty · 14/11/2019 20:24

Watched it all. No spoilers but the last episode left me exhausted. Really good.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 14/11/2019 20:28

I'm annoyed we didn't get to see "the villa". Wasted opportunity to indulge in some sumptuous Italian scenery.Grin

Janaih · 14/11/2019 21:04

thanks @Elderflower14 knew I'd seen him somewhere. he was beautiful in that!

Doje · 14/11/2019 21:17

5 episodes in and I'm still none the wiser!

When do we find out about these flashbacks?!

Doje · 14/11/2019 21:21

Aaah. Just finding out now! Grin
