Agree Aliaz is just so lovely, he was so kind to Emma when we were at the live show, I think she looked so gutted and didn’t try to hide it. Yes she was a bit wooden in the samba but she’s a much better dancer than Mike he had hardly any proper dance steps and is woeful when he tries.

Mike's dance looked better to me and I enjoyed it more! And I think he's improving.

Did anyone else think Vicountess Emma fancied Aliaz ? Mind you she’s only human!

I used to work with Mike Bushell. He is exactly the same on TV as he is irl

I think Emma is mostly gutted about not seeing him every day.

Mike trains in Winchester, which is where his partner is based and is about 30 minutes from home. He's been doing some outside broadcast from our village for BBC breakfast and some training in our village hall. Lives on my road.

He was always lovely and kind to her, praising her after every dance with such enthusiasm. Tonight I thought he danced exceptionally well in the DO. She seemed to be very fond of him in the way he treated her and she did look at him as if he was her knight in shining armour and she was a damsel in distress. Fancying him , though, not sure.
I shall miss them both.

meglet I don't know them that well but I've friends who went and by all accounts it was fabulous. Emily certainly seemed delighted.
We're in Overton in Hampshire. I've only spoken to them a couple of times but they seem lovely, not heard a bad word about him ever.

It's a lovely village. Mike missed the Cricket world cup to come and open our village swimming pool.

I read or saw a really funny interview with Peter Crouch where he recounted how he'd been reassuring himself that everything would be all right when Abbey went on Strictly as long as she didn't get the tall gorgeous...oh shit

Am I the only one who thought the street dance was awful? Even on the bit they were praising for the "perfect synchronicity" I could see their timing was off! And the bit where he was break dancing by crawling on the floor....Please tell me it isn't just me?

I like Mike. I think he has survivor's guilt though.

Loved Johannes and Graziano dancing. Just wonderful and Graziano looked so happy doing it (Johannes always looks happy!)

I did have to laugh at Emma's comment about how she was never going to get over this - did she think she would win and never get voted off? Or was it the indignity of losing out to Mike?

Backonce yes Graziano is lovely isn’t he, I really liked the dance they did it very well.

I did enjoy Johannes and Graziano dancing, though. I wonder if an all-male couple would be able to do more amazing lifts because of their strength?
