70isa the comics have finished now, but the show has already deviated so far away from that now that it cannot end in the same way. However, likely Alpha will be key this season, as will Negan and neither of them has lived up to the hype of their comic book characters. I’m disappointed because I love Samantha Morton, so I hope it improves.

10yrs is a long time to have a series - well 9 as started in 2010

The skipping of 7/8yrs or whatever was silly

The fire was caused my a satellite which eugene that stripped. Sure he will find use for it

I fell asleep halfway through. DH fell asleep before the end of the episode, rewound it, then fell asleep again.

Can’t believe we used to be counting down the days to the next episode Sad

The script was clunky and hackneyed, and they’ve made Eugene into a complete parody of himself in what I assume was meant to be humour. The first ten minutes of them slaying super-decomposed walkers was pointless and nothing more than a special-effects wank-fest.

I think I’m done with it now Hmm

I watched it. I really like Magda, Yuko and the violin guy, and the deaf girl and her sister (I like them so much I can’t remember their names Grin)
But who actually gives a shit about Rosita, Eugene, Gabriel and Siddique?! You killed Carl!!! I’m so over them. They should be cannon fodder and now they are some sort of key character?! Utter bollocks.
Carol’s defo had a wee bit of filler and Botox in the summer. Dr must be good for something Grin

Oh but come on, Carol and the zombie fire extinguisher was pretty funny!

I like to think back to DV victim Carol of S1 and how badass she has become.

I also want her and Darryl to get it on and be happy ever after, but at the same time think it would be a bit weird.

I thought Darryl had it right when he said something like ‘life now just goes from one fight to the next.’ That’s all that happens. They settle somewhere, then they piss off a nearly group, then there’s some kind of war then it all starts again. That said, I did enjoy the episode. A Pp is right though - they’ve killed off some great characters in the past and now we’re left with the boring ones as the new main characters!

To be honest, I watched last weeks episode and I don't have a clue what's going on or where everyone is?? At the beginning a space station? fell in the sea and a zombie came out... then another fell and started a fire?? and was that Alpha at the end looking up at Carol? I thought they were all far apart from each other? I think I might just give up with it all!
