I'm massively bored and frustrated with it but I continue to watch because dh likes it and we've always watched it. I find it confusing, full of unlikeable and irritating characters (Alpha's constant posturing and awful accent in particular), and on the rare occasion something interesting happens it's usually too dark and blurry to make out what's happening. Seriously what is wrong with the picture quality! I find myself repeatedly checking I'm actually watching in hd only to find that yep, it's just a shit grainy picture.

Yep all the interesting action happens in the dark and all the boring drawn out soul searching talks are crystal clear in broad daylight!

Also, the sound is so so poor we have to turn the volume up on our tv 3x our normal level.

I don’t honestly know why we still watch it Darryl and Negan make it worth while

@desperatehousewife21 I actually started putting subtitles on this season as I had to turn the volume up so much that when the action did start, I was deafened with the noise, but without it so loud, I could hear anything!

I also despair at why I still watch it but I simply can't seem to stop!!

Yes the nut tapping thing was so weird, I felt so uncomfortable the whole way.
I am actually loving Negan being his old self but I dont think it's for real, I'm thinking he may replace Beta for a while before getting rid of Alpha.

Who could he have been though? How could Alpha's daughter not recognise him, and how on earth could he live there and then want to go back to being a skin person, unless they are planning to move into Alexandria? That was really scary though

I had been wondering for a while if maybe his flashbacks and trauma were as bad because Alpha had made him do the beheading? I'm so glad my theory was wrong.
