Well as I said she said on ITT that she was a mother and a singer. Previous dance experience was not mentioned. She may well have been paid for the Voguing.

Dancing in a Disco in the 80s/90s isn't really professional dancing and Voguing is just posing to music

its obvious some of them have dance, Kelvin must have and Michelle. they are too good to be beginners. same with the Cbc guy.
I do like how none of them are what I class as proper Ringers.

I have realised I never warm to AJ's partners. must be something about him.

I would say that Karim is absolutely a Ringer, Kelvin is probably a Ringer and Michelle is just someone who has danced in the past and thus has an advantage over someone who has done none at all.

The Radio Times has this to say about Karim Zeroual is no stranger to stages, having starred in a series of West End productions after attending Sylvia Young’s Theatre School.

Notable performances include a stint in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium, The Far Pavillions at the Shaftesbury Theatre and The Lion King at the Lyceum.

Obviously he's not done ballroom/Latin before but he definitely knows how to dance.

Does anyone else think that Nadia is a dead ringer for Eva Herzigova? Or maybe a cross between Eva Herzigova and Claudia Schiffer? She's gorgeous. But then they all are.

Karim is definitely a ringer. As a previous poster said he has West End experience including the Lion King, and IIRC the only kiddie roles in that are the young Simba and Nala so he was lead role material.

Think it may stem from when Giovanni partnered Georgia May Foote and she pronounced it like that. It's pretty close to the proper pronunciation anyway, as the "i" in "Gio" is silent in Italian.

Whatsisname who won a few years ago with Aliona (did that Pulp Fiction jive), he turned out to be from stage school, which was kept very quiet, didn't he? We all just thought he was out of a band...…...

I think the big advantage Michelle has is really understanding how to create and sell a performance. Showmanship (showwomanship?) I suppose, it’s a slightly different skill to regular acting and the thing the sports people really struggle with.

I really like Michelle i don't watch Drag race but she was on celeb big brother and I loved her on that and she hangs about drag queens so she is going to be OTT

Kelvin had a years ballet training when he was 8. And has been in emmerdale since he was 9 and had no other dance training.
