The words to Mad World seemed very appropriate and I thought it was quite a tear jerker, but agree that if you look at it from the point of view of a troubled teen watching it, then it could have the wrong affect.

The only issue I have with the Bex storyline is how it's bringing Soya more screen time!

Not liking Kirsty at all, and I do hope she doesn't cause any problems with Kiffany, they are a great match.

I loathe spoilers but I actually wasn't too bothered about that last one - it was a relief and the story was resolved the next day anyway.

I think it is good that they did it on episodes that were only a day apart rather than over a weekend or the Wednesday break.

I didn't like Kirsty at the start but she did seem to have softened by the end of the episode I thought. I do think she will be trouble though.

I really hope Bex goes off to Uni somewhere (next year) and makes a success of it. Would Oxford defer her place? I think a year would allow her to get her head together and recover from Shaquil's death etc. The past year or so has been really shit for her.

I think that the writers have seen 'the bucket list' film with Jack Nicholas and Samuel L Jackson and put their own twist on it with Jean and Daniel! Daniel is a bit like the Nicholas character in that film.
It will be gloomy as we know Daniel hasn't long to live. I hope jean survives ( even though she is just as annoying)

Nobody has mentioned L getting in with the ' queen bee' types up the school gates! She is obviously going to struggle there ; they are not her sort at all.

They are setting L up for a fall with the Queen Bees. I think they are using her anyway, or being friends to "point and laugh" and will drop her like a stone because of something Olly does.

I suppose Ollie having special needs will play a part here: he'll do something to one of the children in innocence and L will get involved when they complain or leave him out of things. Bound to happen.
