I didn’t understand the “bad mother” stuff. He said she’d ruined the lives of all the children she’d raised. There was no sign of any of that until last night. Even from him. He always seemed to genuinely care for Mariam and arshad.

I'm confused why so many of the characters are either absent or making fleeting appearances atm? Everything feels very bitty, the slater eviction story, Patrick/ted black widows, Linda and the scary school run mums, etc etc very odd! Maybe they all take holiday now before the Xmas storyline onslaught?

I hope they all go and live in wonderful Portugal! The story has been rumbling on for over a year now.
