The whole Ben / Martin story line is so ridiculous I’ve stopped watching.

They've completely ruined the character of Ben. He was far better before - slightly dodgy but not nasty. Him and Callum are so unsuited!

I guess that Martin won't tell Phil or Sonia or anyone because it's all probably leaning towards a big end of year story with him and Bex and Ben on the pub roof or back on the bridge or something in the rain. Phil might then charge to his rescue or someone is hurt etc etc. It's all looking to be heading that way I think. I've forgotten what originally happened so I am a bit confused by most of it to be honest. Callum is too good for Ben.

Didn’t watch last night yet. The blackmail/bullying storylines are non stop in EE now. The writers constantly recycle themes, they aren’t exactly a creative bunch.

Aww really feel for Karen and bailey bored of the Ben/Martin thing now it's just so clumsy - trying to shoehorn Martin into a storyline that involves Stacey being kept away to cover her maternity leave. I'm sure they could've done better than that - hell we could've done better between us!

Its just going to get worse and more violent the Ben/Martin hoha isn't it. Ben getting punched in the face is a weekly thing now

Glad to see I'm not the only one annoyed by this Ben/Martin storyline and all the blackmail. It lack creativity as a pp has said. I hate Eastenders when it goes all basic east end gangster. I don't get why Martin doesn't just tell Phil and scarper. Same with Sharon too. None of these blackmail storylines make sense and are really unconvincing.
