The grey court is so strange.

Rafa and Roger seem to be having a lot of fun.

The grey court is really quite grim. It makes it look like it's in black and white, with just the players in colour. Very strange.

That corridor to the loo is awful as well. It's all very dystopian.

I don't know who the commentator is but that language was German as anyone could tell you whether they speak it or not

Thought I might see if the Laver Cup is on Amazon Prime (still on my four weeks free trial) and it is - hoorah! They've also got the 250 tournament in France on (Moselle?) - I saw Benoit and his beard win the final point.

Saw the last 20 mins or so of Foggy losing
Hadn't realised what big teeth he has until I saw them in slow motion

I don't want to be sizist (is there such a word but Jack Sock looked as though he'd been out on the town with Stan and had three too many curries. He still won though.
After the match, they showed a replay of Rafa and Roger giving Foggy a pep talk at one of the change of ends. It made me laugh because it was like a strict dad (Rog) and a more encouraging mum (Rafa) speaking to their naughty teenager. Foggy looked like he wanted to tell Roger especially where to go but knew he couldn't because he would be grounded and get no pocket money

I see Johnny Mac has got his brother on the team. Unfortunately, he's also got Isner and Dick

I don't know the draw but I hope Dick isn't due to play Rafa. Roger's competitive but (fairly) friendly tournament might not recover

The wheels have fallen off for Stefanos in the second set in his match - won the first set really easily.

But the 3rd set is just a tie break? How disappointing!

Fritz looks very disappointed.

Stef is always breaking his shoe laces. I am not sure whether he just has crap shoes, or -as some players have hinted- the breakages give him the opportunity to stall a match. I've never known it happen so much to another player.

I do like him though- although I think he has gone backwards a bit this past few months and Medvedev is the new flavour of the Month.

Talking of whom- he is level with Rublev over in St Petersburg, 1 set all.

I see Medvedev/Shaggy II won.

That's very noble of Roger, surely Dick has got to be on his best behaviour , playing him. And he can't mouth off about Rafa, whilst he's sat there. I wonder if Rafa will give Fed some coaching tips?

Part of me hopes he does throw a tantrum, shows himself up once and for all- and on Roger's turf, well, that will definitely mean more than just a fine!
