@soupdragon As with previous Paralympians, they'll adapt when necessary. It's never impacted the quality of the dancing or my enjoyment before. Johnnie Peacock especially was one of my favourites. And Lauren was brilliant.

Considering Emma's previous experience (couple of west end shows etc) she is either really crap or was totally trying to play down potential ringah vibes on that group dance.

@theliverpoolone I watched it twice and still only saw Anneka right at the very end!

My OH knows Will, he's local and used to train where my OH works. Says he is the nicest guy. Really hoping he does okay.

Oh god Johnnie Peacock! I'd forgotten how fab he was. Will looks like he's got bags of enthusiasm and could be fun so looking forward to watching him.

Yes, I know. I just wondered whether his joint problems would allow him to do the lifts at all.

I'm always hoping Anton will be replaced as he is unpleasant and there are far better professional dancers, always feel sorry for anyone who ends up being his partner. He seems to rely heavily on props rather than teaching.

I think that Shirley looks more relaxed this year

Craig had a hip replacement though so I wonder if that's affected his dancing?

I'm not a huge Jamie fan but I actually think he would have been great for the show so I'm disappointed for him and Oti. Hoping they replace with someone good! Not dazzled by any of them and had never heard of some of them.

Did a female pro go, as they have a new female? Sad that Gorka is benched!

Shame about Jamie and I really hope Oti gets a replacement, she's my favourite and amazing so can't imagine the series without her. Loving Motsi.

I've just watched the group dance back and I swear Anneka wasn't on the floor at all. She just appeared in the end lineup after the finishing shot. What's that about then??

Not just me who didn't see Anneka then! That doesn't bode well, if she couldn't even attempt the first group dance......

Artem was unexpectedly axed from DWTS. He's making noises about wanting to come back to Strictly. I'd welcome it but I don't know if he left under a dark cloud. The only thing I could find was legitimate visa renewal issues.

I'd ditch Neil, Anton or KFG for Artem

So what happened to the tall one with longish curly hair and goatee. Cant remember his name, he was paired with the radio 1 DJ last year who shirley always criticised. Cant remember her name either. But he was on the show tonight but didnt get a partner.
