I do think Tommy is quite dim. He really reminds me (personality wise) of a guy I used to work with, who was also quite sort of charming (and did very well with a certain demographic of girl) but just bullshitted a lot and was quite thick.

After that I definitely think Tommy and MM will win. They come across as very genuine and happy together, if it is true that she is playing a game then to be honest she deserves the money for consistently keeping it up for so long!
