Why is anton so excited?

They all have counselling during the show. If Amy were mentally ill, she wouldn't have been okayed for the show.

Maybe Anton is worried about the new boy rather than excited for the new girl 🤷🏻‍♀️

I agree with all you said about Maura. Just watching on catch up so behind the times! I have also been back and forth on her but agree with Anna 100% (Although perhaps not always in the delivery)

The new folk look meh.

I am HOPING that:

George and Lucie get asked to leave by the Islanders
BUT
Before they can leave, Amy interrupts and says 'No. I want to leave'
AND THEN
The producers have a chat and allow Amy to leave in Lucie's place
SO
Curtis and Lucie stay

Lucie is then still there knowing the others voted her out (so some potential drama). Boring George is gone (although I think he was given a rough deal by the producers and editors and could have done ok) and Amy has gone (as we know).

We get to also keep Curtis who can then crack on (or not) with Maura.

Please let this be the twist

Although not sure how this theory keeps Curtis in unless the Islanders get to choose between him and George...

I don't know why they don't send them on a lot more dates. They should have Amy taking Marvin and George on a date, send Amber and Micheal on one, Belle and Marvin..or find a way to mix things up a bit more.

And does Ovie not have a brother to send in 😍

Does anyone know how to watch any of the US and Aussie series? Happy with past series as well. I'm a LI newbie this year and getting a little bored with it now :( only got into it as I know arabella vaguely but then was hooked, but now not feeling it as much. I find it a bit 'george'.

@sagrada I agree, there should be more dates, especially with the ones who have split. I think George is probably quite a funny bloke, but with editing and the Anna/Amy dramatics he and others have been lost on the wayside.

I don't think anyone can watch how amy has behaved and believe it's the behavuour of someone mentally well or emotionally stable. She clearly didn't present like that before going on and as said, I doubt anyone would have been able to predict this.

But deciding she loved Curtis, he was her future, that he had taken her future from her and she had nothing, that they were going to get married and have babies, and to then have spend days sobbing, and have to be removed for counselling, when he'd not even asked her to be his girlfriend and had told her when she hinted to wait and see how it goes, is not the behaviour of a well adjusted, mentally well, emotionally stable person.

It simply isn't.

New girl tonight (Francesca) looks much more natural than most of the girls already in there. It's refreshing to see natural-looking hair, teeth (and boobs!) I hope she brings some fun to the villa; it's all gone a bit sour and miserable in there.

@findmeatyoga You could also watch british seasons 2 and 3 as they're the best seasons out of everything.

I don't think amy is mentally ill but I don't think she was in a good place to go on the show either they may have a screening process but it's obviously not great!

I don't think Amy is mentally ill, I think she is just a bit immature and I can't help wondering if that's why she hasn't been able to have a long-term boyfriend up until now. I think she falls head over heels and without testing or checking the other person fully, she plans her life out with them. They shit themselves and run as fast as they can in the opposite direction. We all want to be loved for who we really are, not the perfect person that someone desperate to be in a relationship thinks we might be.
