I’ve also noticed the continued scientist references and thought it rather odd. Also, it says Lucie is a surfer, is that a job or a hobby?

I don’t know what Yewande does now, according to the Sun she used to work for Pfizer.

I will never, ever, understand why anyone would want to shit all over someone else's achievements and act like it's nothing. No matter how big or small that achievement, if someone has worked hard for it, it's shit to belittle it. It's just unkind.

Anyway, getting back to LI, I'm glad Lucie decided to stay. I really like her.

I actually really like Amy and Curtis they are my favourite. We all bitch but I think Amy was upset that Lucie distanced herself from the girls, but maybe Lucie didn't have anything in common with the girls .
I do think Lucie fancies Tommy and Tommy fancies Lucie . The producers were definitely setting up Joe to go so Lucie can find someone else , Joe was not very interesting but Lucie is so pretty but I admit I find her annoying all that bursting into tears.
If Lucie stays in MM will be pissed off if Tommy and Lucie are all friendly together , will make great tv though .
I really like MM she's stunning and so lovely I hope it works out for her and Tommy although I doubt it .

No, she does surf. But said, herself, on the show that she actually does modelling for surf companies. Than actually surf.

Amy has had it in for Lucie from the very first night (when Anton, who was coupled with Amy, told Lucie he fancied her)...Amy is so insecure and jealous that there was no coming back from that. Lucie was faultless but disliked regardless, it won't be the first time a girl like Amy has turned on her...it surprises me that Lucie seems so confused by it and doesn't recognise it for the jealousy it is. Also surprised she didn't see Joe's behaviour as controlling, but meekly allowed him to control her.

I think girls who are raised with weak female role models turn out like this. She should have bucketloads of confidence but she really doesn't.

I'd love to see her stay in, find love and win. But sadly life doesn't really work out like that.

On the up side I'm watching with my teenage DD and there are some excellent life lessons to be learned (and many deep chats to be had) about mean girls, jealousy, insecurities etc.
