Yes, I saw that, it did annoy him. Jo commentating said something like ' Dont engage with the crowd' but it seemed to spur him on a bit.

Who's the match referee in this match - the guy with the glasses? Does anyone know? I really recognise him - is he a former player (or just a "famous" umpire?!).
