So, I saw Pat Jim this morning and he asked if I'd seen the news...he apologised for pulling the wool over my (our) eyes, but said he really couldn't say anything until today .

I don't think he has read the thread - not because he thinks we're all vipers, but he said that from what he knows of Mumsnet it's very confessional and he doesn't want to interfere! I did tell him that it was a very lovely thread, full of warmth for the whole gang (and especially the Captain ).

I wondered about the Dave bit too.

I watched the DVD extras today. Not as much on there as I hoped but there is a very funny tour of the house by Robin. The suit of armour in the hallway is called Graham.

Late to this thread as only just watched final episode. So sad this has finished ☹️ but yeaaay to a second series!! 😁

My fave episode was Happy Death Day - Pat's grandson, oh I wept 😪

I only ever dipped in and out of HH but will DEFINITELY watch them again if possible.
