There was a naughty cow IIRC, and several other things- she was on about 4 episodes I think. I always felt sorry for the poor children, having to pretend to be pleased at her non-existent biscuits.

Was it a bee? I'm sure it was something that flew around. God you've got me wracking my brains now. She used to be very strange didn't she. DS didn't used to like the programmes with her in them.

DS2 was 3-4 when it started (and I complained to the BBC about it, yadda yadda) but my DDs were c 12 & 15 and they still go off into fits of laughter about "funny LAYdeeeee" - because she soooo wasn't.

NO, it was about 10 years ago - 11 even - DS2 and I USED TO LURVE pLAYDAYS AND THE bbbc BASTARDS REPLACED IT WITH tELETUBBIES (HENCE LETTERS OF COMPLAINT YADDA YADDA)
