FellaGoneRogue that's exactly what I thought about Perla! I bet she's totally vanilla in reality. And, by my calculations, according to her recent revelations, she is about 33. I seriously thought she was pushing 50.

Rachel is trying too hard to be "fun Rachel". I know she's probably been told to do it, but it is really annoying. It's like she's building up to a big breakdown over her marriage, er, breakdown.

I don’t know why they all try so hard. I live in the general area that this show is filmed and everyone’s just, well, normal. You get the wannabes that pop up at a weekend and that’s when all the locals give the bars and restaurants a wide berth.
When the show first started I really enjoyed it, but I don’t get why it needs to play up to an image which in all honesty doesn’t actually exist.

I thought Dawn looked quite frail when she was talking to camera. Her arms were slim like my Nan's with very little muscle tone. Her skin and appearance make me think that she drinks regularly. I do t doubt she's not the nicest and I think there some unhappiness/stress too because overall she doesn't seem to okay mentally.

I am so distracted by Seema's Face / very horsey now and brow lift makes her look ridiculous. She needs a pal in the series because she's just flitting about getting promo for her company.

Can anyone enlighten me about the clothes. They all have skinny bodies and big boobs, so how can they get dresses to fit? And what size are they? It's something that has been bothering me for a while .

Yes, they must. They have small waists and hips compared to bust size, so all that swanning around in designer dress boutiques seems a bit pointless, unless they stock a lot of Bravissimo, or designers who size differently.

According to an article last September in the Manchester Evening News, Perla is 35 and had 2 children (18 and 12yo). I assume the 18yo is the one in Colombia and the 12yo is with her. The scene with her and Seema was very sad, she needs to get some help.

I agree re Dawn’s appearance. She’s the definition of ‘skinny fat’. All those fat removal treatments and not much food/too much booze but no actual exercise or toning. Close up her skin texture is rough as hell too, given she has access to hi tech beauty treatments. No amount of plumping and lasering is helping. She got plastered the night before the desert when she was talking to Seema. She had a point though, Seema was giving it the full ‘vaguebook’ and then ‘Oh, I couldn’t possibly tell you someone else’s secrets’. She was being a bit of a tool, even if Dawn was being a slurry bully.

Esther wasn’t very appropriately dressed for conservative Dubai in that pink mini dress. Cleavage, spaghetti straps, body con, mini length. The rest of the women were much more modestly dressed for the trip.

Grim chat re ‘wet dreams’ and ‘fanny tapas’, Hannah talking like a 13 year old.

As for Rachel and John, I think he got sucked into flirty chat on social media with a woman. I don’t think it was an EA or an actual physical affair. Rachel seems pretty private and one of the more level headed ones, she and John have been together for a long time, so I’m surprised that she’s playing it all out so publicly on the show. Maybe it was in the papers (I assume?), so she wanted to take control of the narrative a bit and get her side across rather than appearing as the victim.

Dubai looks so tacky. The perfect destination for this lot.

DH and me always say that the 2 places we never ever want to visit are Marbella or Dubai.
