He is now off for surgery, so I'm very stressed, and need this to be a distraction.

So...there could be a duplicate thread somewhere, and I seem to have lost it.

I've discovered there will be a public vote at some point too- to get back someone from the knock out rounds.

I'm not sure I care that much about any of the acts chucked out, to be honest!

I am worried about him, when he was 5 months old, he ate several strands of a mop head and was in the same state. It got caught up in his intestines. . He's 4 now.

He's not a chew-er, I'm baffled as to what he's done, but it could be anything. I could tell he was ill, he wasn't barking at the blokes fixing the fence!

I did hear a Lucy spraggen song on radio two last week! It was good. She did original songs on X factor snd they were ok.
I doubt this will be as good though but I could be wrong.

Lucy Spraggan was ok, but her original songs all sounded a bit samey, like Pam Ayres set to music.

I remember the fuss about Grace on X Factor the other year - since her 'original' songs appeared to have been written for her by an established writing team .

There's another week of knockouts after this apparently.

I just want to say, in advance of the Take That/Suzuki adverts, that last week I commented to DH that a 'suzuki smile' sounds like some horrific gangland revenge thing, and the phrase has now entered the freezer household's vocabulary to mean having your ears cut off. Which sometimes feels appropriate for this show.

I was going to tell you last week but then it was all serious because of that poor lad losing his dad...
