I’ve had to stop my guilty pleasure watching, because Nelly does my head in! So does Paul’s attitude towards Sam - who does he think he is?!

LucaFritz · 23/09/2019 13:06

I think"big paul" might be really autistic or have ASD as he doesn't seem to view situations the same as other people not to mention his bond with little paul is coming across as quite obsessive. I just think Sam is manipulating him for her own gain and trapping him with these pregnancies

Sweetpea84 · 23/09/2019 18:57

Omg yes Nellie comes across as a bratty child and I’m sorry but the whole goat thing I wouldn’t be surprised if she was attention seeking.

Big Paul doesn’t want to marry Sam it’s really odd he has kids with her but won’t marry her all very controlling

Sweetpea84 · 23/09/2019 18:59

Also Billie isn’t always nice to Greg who I quite frankly wouldn’t kick out of bed 🙈😂😘

Starksforthewin · 23/09/2019 20:42

To me Billie thinks she is too good for Greg and he should be grateful to have her!
I would hate to be around Nelly in real life, she is an obnoxious child who needs to hear the word ‘no’ occasionally. What used to be an easy watch is ruined by the scenes she is in.

I also think Paul is on the spectrum and possible young Paul as well.
To Sam he is the necessary ‘plus one’ to project the perfect family image.

CallMeOnMyCell · 23/09/2019 21:44

I agree, I think Billie has a huge ego now and is coming across really badly. She’s lost her sense of humour.

IHaveBrilloHair · 23/09/2019 22:48

Children like Nellie are why I avoid child friendly restaurants!

nowifi · 24/09/2019 10:44

Looks like Sam and Paul are in Venice from her instragram account, maybe a proposal is coming!

Yes Nellie is very demanding, those kids do so much and go on so many holidays it must get so tiring for them!

dollydottyx · 24/09/2019 11:08

I find Sam and Paul's relationship really strange she is trying so hard to project the perfect family image and make people think she's this perfect person when in reality her boyfriend is a massive man baby. I don't think Billie or her mum like Paul much and I don't think Paul is that bothered about Sam tbh!!
I used to love Billie but the last series she has been so self centred and all me me me and I didn't think she was like that at all previously.

popcorndiva · 24/09/2019 17:13

Will be surprised if no proposal on this holiday. Though we won't be told till the OK photo shoot.

nowifi · 24/09/2019 17:39

It would be more authentic if he didn't propose and didn't feature in a magazine etc and just done it in the privacy of their own home etc, but then their careers would pretty much be over Grin

CallMeOnMyCell · 24/09/2019 20:46

I think Paul would prefer a private proposal without all the fuss but I think Sam wants something grand.

TurquoiseDress · 25/09/2019 21:39

This is my guilty pleasure Grin

Have finally managed to tune into this tonight- not watched it since the wedding!

Kids are asleep, husband is working away...and now my TV keeps saying that ITVBe is not tuned!

Have to keep turning TV on and off to get pictures back agggh

TurquoiseDress · 25/09/2019 21:42

Billie's house is currently on the market. They have stripped all signs it's hers though

I've been checking out Billie's house on Rightmove and I really like it, it's definitely been done up loads since it was bought

I have no hope of ever buying anything remotely like that!

Booboooo · 25/09/2019 22:12

Dear god those carex ads are total cringe!

Franklymydearidontgiveadam · 25/09/2019 23:42

Nellie is so so so spoilt it's not even funny.

Overthegardenfence · 26/09/2019 00:12

Please could we have a link to Billies house?

TurquoiseDress · 26/09/2019 00:18

Here you go

www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-71827594.html

It's been on the market over 4 months or so and been reduced

Starksforthewin · 26/09/2019 08:50

Watched it last night and my goodness Billie has really changed!

She was vile in this episode. Firstly the shopping for more presents for Nelly, literally clearing the shelves and loading the trolley high. Does she have no self awareness?
Then buying the iPod behind Greg’s back, after all the bullshit about digital detox. She is virtually encouraging that child into bad behaviour. Finally, the party itself. It looked more like someone’s 21st. So over the top for a five year old.
I think Greg hinted that Billie was trying to outdo the other school mums and I’m sure that’s right, “look how much money we have “...

MiniCooperLover · 26/09/2019 11:17

It's almost like 'we are married now, what are you going to do about it' behaviour .... she's becoming quite nasty to watch.

MiniCooperLover · 26/09/2019 14:01

Also why did Billie tell Arthur off and not Nelly in the garden when Nelly 'took' his turn by sprinting up the slide. I'd have been cross with her too like he was but it was 'let Nelly have a turn' instead of 'no Nelly it's Arthur's turn).

MaHeidsGouping · 26/09/2019 14:35

I thought that about the slide too, she probably knew that it would be easier to give Arthur a telling off rather than have Nelly throw a tantrum. I'm going off Billie this season.

HJWT · 26/09/2019 14:38

Nelly is one of the worst kids iv ever seen for tantrums! And we hardly see anything 1 hour a week, my DN is autistic and doesn't even act like that when she can't cope its horrendous, she can't act like that at school or they wouldn't have her...

I don't like Sam but at least her kids seem to have some rules and better behaviour!

With Paul and the whole engagement thing if that was me id tell him to either buy a ring or piss of, so embarrassing how Sam try's to defend him in a way for not proposing yet when she desperate for it!! Confused

Chocolateaddict1 · 27/09/2019 13:59

Nelly is so badly behaved I was shocked when I watched

feedingfrenzyatfive · 27/09/2019 14:00

I'm brand new to this series, but decided to watch as I'm enjoying TOWIE from the start on ITVBe. I agree with the pps, Rosie is freaking spoilt and it's all about buying expensive stuff. Fancy emptying the shelves at Smyths toy store (for free, obvs!)

As for Paul being on the ASD spectrum, writing as someone who has the same condition, he isn't. He's manipulative.
