Silky did seem a bit nervous and subdued, and I felt quite sorry for her despite her annoying the fuck out of me all season. I imagine she's probably received quite a nasty backlash online which I don't think is right to do to anyone.

Couldn’t agree more carrot. I felt really sorry for her.

I'm glad Yvie won. BLH was a favourite until the stuff with Vanjie in last weeks episode, and the VT didn't really show them in a good light either. She did a lot of body suits and bondage wear as well, which I only noticed in the finale.

I loved Yvies final look, but thought the shirt would have come off for a more revealing look.

Silky's lip sync was dreadful, floundering all over the floor like that, awful.

Ninas look was brilliant. So glad she got miss congeniality. Also loved Vanjies skit and dig at BLH.

One queen I can't identify came before Raja. I think I've figured out the rest

Nearly fell off the couch when Alexis came out...I did NOT recognise her at all! Same with Pandora! We ended up arguing if it was Pandora or Jinkx

I think Silky was so nervous because, for once, she couldn't rely on her 'big personality' to get her through. And she knows she sucks at Lip Sync.

I'm glad Yvie won but it was between her and BLH for us. I liked Vanjie's VT.

I also thought Vanjies VT was fun. And I'm glad she got her few minutes. I really hope she finds the right vehicle for her particular talents.

A lot of the Queens who have gone mainstream tend to be the family friendly ones who don't swear like Thorgy Thor on Drag Me Down the Aisle who is incredibly wholesome (and plays classical violin at the drop of a hat). Or Trixie Mattel who also was a musician and has a very Barbie look. Or Alyssa Edwards who has a show about teaching kids to dance in her studio. These are safe bets for TV networks. Nina West will do very well as she's all about basically dressing up as a fairy godmother in order to teach little children about kindness.

The dirty mouthed Queens tend to be relegated to YouTube or podcasts. I would wish for more for Vanjie.

I don't feel sorry for Silky at all. She didn't deserve to be in the Top 4, her drag sucked, her personality stunk, she needed to go home much earlier. Those costume changes in the lip sync were crap, I swear she had a cheap Smiffys dress up wig on by the end of it. She was nervous because she knew she can't lip sync for shit either. Sorry not sorry.

Glad Yvie won, I love weird queens, but I would've been fine with BLH winning too (though for me the whole en pointe thing got old).

I've not seen anything about when DRUK will air. It's definitely BBC3/iPlayer though.

Ru & Michelle talked about it on the podcast and how much she loves London.

Regular seasons all air either Jan, Feb or Mar. So if S12 follows this pattern we need to wait till the new year

I recently started following Nina West. Wow she is kinda a big deal in Cleveland - they're naming a street after her cos of all the money she has raised!

I don’t think DRUK needs to adhere to the same release dates as Drag Race. No one even knows if/how it will air internationally (BBC America, maybe?). Either way, I don’t think that means we have to wait until next Spring. Hope not, anyway!

My understanding was DRUK will be out about this October
