I think Eureka. I feel like she really got by on sheer force of personality, but that doesnt mean it was a particularly engaging personality. She was just able to show vulnerability in a way Silky can't. And was willing to look stupid as a big baby in a way Silky would never.

But I'm not sure she was any better as a performer than anyone else tbh.

I mean, she billed herself as a comedy Queen but Nina West is waaaaaay funnier. Actually when I think back I'm not sure Eureka was all that funny at all.

I have to admit as much as I admire Trixie I do think she's slightly overrated. I'm not sure I subscribe to all the love she gets. I don't think she's a bad performer at all, I just don't get the fan girling.

I'm not a fan of Eureka at all. Mostly for reasons that have unearthed since her run on the show, she has zero understanding of how things affect people and always makes it about her.

I've watched the Scottish drag today, it just made me think how low end drag race UK might be, our drag is so unpolished compared to america, we have the comedy/tacky queens in abundance but not the pagent/ stylish queens. It's going to be a season of Nina Wests

But that lipsync!! Omg that was a true "you can't send me home yet" they were both amazing! Yvie's enviably flexible, I hope she isn't suffering too much like she did after the rulympics episode.

Very poor snatch game I thought... if Silkie was the best pretty dire standard 🤔 given there were a lot of the references I didn't know but still.... they know it's coming each season I don't get why they don't have some canned jokes ??

Who have been the most memorable snatch-ers? --- I always remember Alaska as Lady Bunny and Bendela Creme as Maggie Smith.

Ok, here’s what pissed me off.

Vanjie got criticised for her character just being “Vanjie” - own voice, etc. Silky did THE SAME THING and won Snatch Game? Bullshit Ru loves her so much. She rolled out a few tired fat jokes for the mini challenge and won that too, even though Brooke was wittier.

They just should have crowned Brooke after that runway. Stunning. Rewatched it so many times.

Silkie ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE DIANA ROSS on the runway. Every. Single. Week. And she never gets pulled up for the 'same old lewk'.

Yes! Same make up, same sequinned gown. Why is she not getting dragged for that?

That Snatch Game was awful. So bad. I think Vanjie should have been in the bottom with Yvie, but to be honest, we wouldn't have had that LSFYL and that was legendary.

BLH still my favourite.

Agree it was the worst snatch game ever. I didn't mind so much not knowing who most of them were supposed to be - it just wasn't funny. Silkie shouting 'nine inches' every couple of minutes was boring, Yvie totally missed Whoopie and poor Brooke was so out of her depth she was virtually in the Marianas Trench.

BLH’s runway- I rewound that and rewatched about ten times. Wow!!!!!
Silkie really bugs me. The mini challenge was the epitome of why. It’s just all fat jokes. Oh I’m so fat. I love to eat. Let me pose with food. Again. It’s boring and a total one trick pony.
I just don’t understand why the queens aren’t better prepared for the snatch game. They know it’s coming. Jinxx was spot on when she was saying about having the can of cat food- something to go back to. Why did, for example, BLH not do some homework and come up with a few pins based on Celine Dion songs? Or Yvie have some Whoopie Goldberg facts she could turn into jokes? Every year we see them humming and hawing about who to be. I honestly thought BLH was smarter than this.
Don’t put all your eggs in the runway basket when you know the snatch game can break you!!!!
