He does have excellent hair. They missed out a few obvious ones IMHO.

I was lost in a rabbit hole earlier, looking back at who was playing at Wimbledon in 1994, and the winners in the years that followed etc- and was reminded that Sampras beat Cedric Pioline in one final. (97?)

Now, he is a man who would not feature on 'best hair' lists nowadays- but at the time he had a lot of hair!.

(I think I used to wear my hair like that quite a lot in my teens - much curlier, though, and minus the hair band ).

(I also sported a similar monobrow- i was a gawguss teenager).

Aha Raahh was a Brosette

See, I had naturally curly hair, which made mine rubbish- whereas my sister had a perm and everything, (and was a proper Brosette- Grolsch bottle tops and everything ).

I was trendy (hair wise) by accident. , for 5 minutes.

When I moved to London at 19 I couldn't get over how it was teeming with Brosettes

I wish I hadn't posted that photo of JW because I keep having impure thoughts about his beard now.

Grolsch bottle tops - blast from the past!! I had a perm as a teenager and it was terrible - god knows why I wanted it (well because they were trendy, that was the reason, whether it suited or not!).

Private in my wisdom (and because my mum's step brother is a hair dresser) I had a perm , on top of my natural curls, the summer I was 16.

It was huge.

I'd forgotten about Cedric Pioline btw. He did have a lot of hair didn't he?!

I got a perm in the 80's too even though my hair curls naturally. What were we thinking?

Cedric had very big hair and now it's all shaved off.......he looks the better for it, though

I had a perm in the 80's aswell and midway into the 90's most people did, didn't they?
