Having a break from rebel!... Sharpening my teeth and watching Vampire Detective (viki)... It's a laff so far and has got me intrigued!! Holiday watching fare! 😁

Not really... More... Good cop... Becomes private investigator... Accidently turns vampiresque... Good bromance... Lost love... Solving cases... But obvs I think all these cases will be linked!... On ep 3... Good so far and worth a look! 👍😊

I’m enjoying Coffee Prince, despite the daftness. But how the hell can Gong Yoo’s character not see that FL is a woman? Even in the ‘gay lover’ suit and in spite of being slim and androgenous, she still looked curvy!

DIY is so much more fun to watch when it’s Gong Yoo doing the work.

I’ve been listening to a Korean band name-checked in Romance is a Bonus Book - the Black Skirts. They are a bit like the White Stripes with a few slower indie-style ballads thrown in. I prefer them to kpop (a few notable BTS tracks accepted).

Excepted, even.

Will check them out, I like the OST for Romance IABB. I've been picking up some great music from Coffee Friends although it's not all Korean.

May not have to wait too long for CJH

Also this may have some goss on The Last Empress if I can find the programme. It appears to be based in a gym so prob lots of gratuitous shots in singlets.

I've scanned the last few minutes of the finale & it looks like they all get their comeuppance but I'm still waiting for the subs before bingeing the last couple of hours.

17 but 30 is right up your street too, a lovely warm cast of characters and it’s a sweet story (so far anyway, the big reveal is yet to come & there may well be an act of noble idiocy)

I’m back from a day out, so resting my weary legs in front of Coffee Prince. It’s stretching credibility that no one has read FL as female when half the cast already know it, others have ‘read’ her as female (eg Sweeper’s Dad) and she is missing important signs, like an adam’s apple, lack of facial hair has been commented on etc. However, I’m rolling with it for now.

Just watched the last episode of Kingdom . O M G its so binge worthy .

I am also watching The Defendant which is pretty gripping .

Was wondering (and it might have been answered but lots of posts) if anybody knows where I can watch Goblin . I am UK and have Netflix and Amazon Prime but its not on either of those platforms

Goblin is on Viki , if you’re going to be serious about kdrama you have to subscribe 😉

I am serious enough , Ill subscribe :) I shall do that this very evening in fact . I heard Goblin is very good and as I enjoyed Black, some say I would enjoy Goblin too.

I’m UK based too & got a good deal on Viki at Xmas they often have special offers & works out cheaper than Netflix in £

Yes it’s available here you just sign up & it comes out in £ on your card statement

Sadly not all progs are licensed for UK but plenty to keep you going. My kdrama is 50/50 Netflix or Viki

Oh Rabbits, you have a treat in store with Goblin. It’s ace.

I signed up for Viki with the Apple deal as we have AppleTV and it sychs well with the iphone app. That deal was in GBP. I paid a bit more for the enhanced package so you get the Viki Rautunen own production, not just bought in stuff. I think Secretary Kim (spit) is Viki content.

I’ve just joined some dots - the handsome waffle guy in Coffee Prince is CEO Park from Temperature of Love. My commitment to seeing it through has firmed up.
