Akire - if I've got it right Ian has gone to New Zealand to talk to Peter about Bobby's imminent return. He left Masood in charge of the restaurant when Kathy agreed to assist. No sooner was Ian on his way to the airport than Masood decided his future lies in Australia, so he sold his half of the restaurant to Max, who's currently in France. As usual for EE, no paperwork or legal stuff needs to be done - the sale proceeds instantly!
