The new sisters remind me of Beatrice and Eugenie in The Windsors. Something about that clueless mix of naivety and misplaced confidence about what they're due and can achieve. They just need to give us a few Yahs.

So two girls just rock up and are left in charge of running a restaurant that their uncle used to own half of ....... errrrrr yeah ok then? Also max has bought massooods share? With all his years of experience in the restaurant business? Isn't his experience mostly limited to burning the place down? Wtf? (Mind you if tonight's episode was anything to go by - we'll all be queuing up to burn down the place with the two new girls inside) surely there are many people in this country who can act better than those two?

I quite liked the old characters appearing tonight, didn't realise it was EE's birthday, presumably that's why they brought dr legg back then to shoehorn a few old characters in. And yes to massoods mystery machine - was that his duff duff bowing out moment? Bit of a damp squib if so.

I hope they keep their scenes confined to a double act so I can fast forward. In my forties and I think I am just too old now to be entertained by this type of comedy. It pisses me off that EE try to maintain a quota of young actors. Hunter is out and Keanu too perhaps so these two kiddies tv joker types arrive. I prefer the older experienced actors yet they cut their contracts without a thought. Are Mas's 'Auntie' and 'Uncle' returning or have they gone for good too?

I suppose these sisters will be Kush's new love interest despite his previous types being sensible practical studious types - Shabs/Denise (with her one GCSE that she studied a year for...). Kush could have said goodbye to his ex FIL too?

As annoying as Masood's nieces were I'm going to remain open-minded for now, remember how we all hated Karen at first? Characters tend to come in as caricatures and then mellow into their roles and become more rounded as their storylines progress.

I found it hard to believe that Sonia as a gentile and a woman at that would be allowed to speak as part of the funeral in a synagogue. I may be wrong though.

It's nice to see some more youngsters in it and also some cultural diversity isn't always a bad thing. They might not be great at first but we're a forgiving audience! There Might be a clash or two with Ian ( although I am confused as to who is running / owns the restaurant? Rainie mentioned something too but it wasn't made clear? )

Agree about the new girls, too much squealing and talking too fast. Definitely need to tone it down a bit. May feel sorry for them soon when Sonia finds out they have Dr Legge's jewellery!

Loved Raine turning up at the house with hat complete with little veil. I think her and Stuart should get together, they would be pure evil.

I think one or both of them won't last beyond a year. Ronnie and Roxie they ain't. I'm also predicting Kush leaves this year - not much point him being in the show anymore.
