YAAAAAYY. I am lovely!!!!

JaneJeffer · 23/01/2019 18:22

I getting ugly duckling "feels" Grin

TinselAngel · 23/01/2019 18:23

There once was a fuzzy puffling...

JaneJeffer · 23/01/2019 18:23

Tinsel Grin

TheSassyAssassin · 23/01/2019 19:12

Yay you did it! Loving your new identity Fuzzy Wink

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 23/01/2019 21:44

Myimaginarycathasfleas yay a lone pelican lover amidst the pufflings Grin

I've seen them in the Florida Keys and London Zoo. Weirdly had no idea any resided in St.James Park!

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 23/01/2019 21:49

Me neither Gareth! I’ve seen them in the Caribbean, spent many a happy hour watching them doing their thing. Delightful!

GarethSouthgatesWaistcoat · 23/01/2019 22:10

I wiah they were common in this country, their mannerisms make me smile (that and their ridiculous beaks) Grin

TinselAngel · 23/01/2019 22:12

They used to have Pelicans at Peak Wildlife Park. I saw them being fed. It was ace. (Not sure if they still have them).

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 23/01/2019 22:23

Just had a look Tinsel, no pelicans 😔 but there are lemurs! 😀

TinselAngel · 23/01/2019 22:30

They used to have the most amazing collection of birds, but it went out of business and relaunched with more conventional small zoo animals Sad

Habadabadoo · 23/01/2019 22:56

Place marking to read all your comments later Smile

RageAgainstTheVendingMachine · 24/01/2019 07:05

Excellent mascots.
I would ask what Predicting Octo is saying for Sunday but I daren't (!)
It would be ace if they gave out the music in advance though, I thought they did that last year.
I know it's the maori for night parrot but Kakapo is pooey bum in German Wink
Funnily enough Bendydick Cucumberpatch did not mention this Wink

TinselAngel · 24/01/2019 08:26

Yes. I wasn't aware of the kakapo until that one tried to shag Stephen Fry's mate's head.

FuzzyPuffling · 24/01/2019 11:14

Excited by the mention of lemurs. On the whole I am more of an animal person than a bird person. Apart from puffins of course.

Poor Octo is hiding behind a rock with six of her tentacles over her eyes and the remaining two in her ears. She may emerge next week, but only if everyone promises to be nice!

TinselAngel · 24/01/2019 12:52

I'd like lemurs more if they could walk properly.

FuzzyPuffling · 24/01/2019 13:02

Whaddya mean, we can't walk properly?

Dancing on Ice is back!
TinselAngel · 24/01/2019 13:04

Said the lemur whilst bouncing towards me, sideways...

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 24/01/2019 13:07

I met this chap in Madagascar...

iklboo · 24/01/2019 14:41

TinselAngel · 24/01/2019 15:05

I can't trust any animal that walks on its elbows.

Ali1cedowntherabbithole · 24/01/2019 15:08

This thread is definitely looking up Smile loving the furries.

Now fluff babies on ice is a series I could get very invested in.

TinselAngel · 24/01/2019 15:12

Like this?

Ali1cedowntherabbithole · 24/01/2019 15:15
