Anyone else embarrassingly excited for tonight's return?

This actally hoing to annoy me now because GC shoukd have gone tonight but because of hers and jasins interchange people will vote for her.

Thing is it could well land people like Brian and jane or are fairly compant skaters in the skate off tbh it could even land james there

And im sure wes waa great but does that mean we have to put up with more bitching from his wrird jealous gitlfriend

Missed it tonight (snooker). GC needs a one way ticket on the Titanic. She can take Wes's girlfriend with her.

Not happy Richard has gone. Should have been Saira and Gemma in skate off with Gemma going. Wondered from the start if James has an unfair advantage but was it Wes who done very well? I just don't like these things being a foregone conclusion.

Gemma needs to go. Either by throwing a strop & quitting or getting voted off next week.

But every year, same as on Strictly , some go before their time while others overstay their welcome. Tale as old as time
As I said, I like Matt. But also I genuinely would like to see Gemma improve/get fitter. I do think that ALL those criticizing (Phil, Holly, Chris, Kem, Jason, Ashley) should wait until she is out before having a pop. It is not professional or impartial otherwise but, with viewing figures down, the show needs the publicity. Saint Holly of Willoughby knows that. The early exits are not usually that memorable so won't be missed in the long run: the Candice Brons as opposed to the Perri Shakes-Draytons.
Melody gets a bonus today for reenacting Lisa Snowdon's Snowdance. Well done.

Finally someone from Dublin might want to warn Gemma from saying she's going to be like Conor Mcgregor on the ice....

Ffs! I am constantly amazed at just how racist people are without realising it. If he even mentions once that the reason he went is probably mostly due to the fact he’s black he’ll be crucified for being a sore loser. He was robbed.

Racist? Really? Both contestants were brown both weak skaters.

Wes was top the leaderboard.

I did think it was unfortunate (in the way of the Strictly BAME early boots) that it happened to be Richard vs Saira this week...but it is based on logistics rather than unconscious/national underlying racism of the GBP. Namely...bottom 2 were Gemma and Didi. Gemma got the sympathy vote/keep her on to make her suffer longer/clash with Jason voting and Didi got the somewhat patronising older contestant vote.
The next two on the board - whoever they might have been - were precarious/in jeopardy. The next lowest scoring were Saira and Richard - the former for being carried through two routines in a row, the latter for being an average skater.
Now Perri wuz robbed last year - absolutely - but by and large, like Strictly, it tends to balance out and 9/11 first boots were white.

I've just caught up. Poor Richard was robbed, Saira poses well, but her feet never actually move on their own. As someone said, it's like her her partner is driving a car, pushing her around like a wheelbarrow.

And as for Gemma Collins, who looked more like Miss Piggy than Marilyn Monroe. What a joke! The trouble is, he more annoying and lazy she is, the more people will vote for her, for the amusement factor.

GC is nothing like my heroine Miss Piggy! Miss Piggy has class.

S2 - Phil Gayle out 2nd
S3 - Samantha Mumba out 3rd, Zaraah Abrahams came in 3rd place
S4 - Michael Underwood out 4th, Ellery Hanley came in 8th place
S5 - Sinitta first boot
S6 - Johnson Beharry came in 4th place
S7 - Andy Akinwolere first boot, Sebastien Foucault wuz robbed (wk7)
S8 - Oona King out 3rd, Samia Ghadie came in 5th place
S9 - Zaraah out 6th
last year - Perri out 3rd (wuz robbed) Alex came 5th, Lemar had a rough time of it iirc but lasted 5 weeks in total

Furious at the result (bit of an overreaction at a tv programme perhaps?!) - what a cockup! How on Earth was she kept when she barely did a thing on her own???
No independence or confidence, looked slightly awkward the whole time being pulled about on the ice like an inelegant rag doll which made me feel awkward watching

Diddi is a bit crap.
Never seen Grease so don’t know what she was like on there.
Thought Ryan was a brilliant Beast and he has definitely made a huge improvement.
Didn’t like the singing in the Frozen one but she skated really well.
GC was just dreadful though. And blaming her lack of practice on spending too much time crying - well stop bloody crying and get your arse on the ice. Simple.
Really felt uncomfortable watching the last one, the pussycat doll. Lots of fun and energy but the whole thing looked wobbly and precarious, like watching the wheels fall off a fast moving train

Harsh but based on how voting patterns tend to go - you may be right and there might be hardcore Grease fans as part of an ice dance demographic, nonetheless if I were taking a bet I'd put it down as respect for a 67 year old being into it as opposed to her having been a beauty school dropout. Chris Dean had her second last technically and goodwill/nostalgia will only take her so far (there are others I'd like to see go before her, mind). I'm shocked how short the voting window is! I also miss them having to demonstrate a particular component each week. Made it easier to compare ability/progress.

Cannot believe both Jayne and Chris chose Saira over Richard, who was skating and doing lifts. Total ITV Loose Women fix right there. Didn’t think T&D would put their names to that kind of thing!

I thought their bias was more towards mark than anything. They always seem to love his choreography and how he puts routines together. I'm also a big fan of his though so definitely biased!

The GC's skate probably wasn't great.

But the nasty snidey pish that Hollytittybooby has been coming out with this week has been uncalled for. And her little bitch tonight was unnecessary too. Phil wasn't any better.

GC is known for being a diva - why get shirty about it now? You knew when you got her on the show.

I would rather deal with a diva than a snidey bastard who wears a professional girl next door costume to hide behind. Not to mention her tortoise faced ruddy henchman. I'm glad that Gemma called them out on it. I'm not a fan of her but she didn't deserve the week she got.

Good to see Gemma standing up to Jason and quite right to pull him up telling stories about her last week in the papers. He doesn't critique - he trashes - and can dish it but can't take it. Very unpleasant judge.

Except that GC didn't listen to any of the judges comments did she? She was too busy shouting that she had been hard done by.

Which sort of proves the point that she's there for the publicity, not to learn to ice-dance.

Dan Wootten has just said that GC is the new Marilyn Monroe... NO NO NO!!!!!! He then said she doesn't run away.... She has run away. She quit IACGMOOH!!!
