You do have to help with being lifted though - but that's why Saira should have gone - when she was on her partner back to back trying to lift her legs up like an upside down tortoise you could see the strain on his face.

Jayne and Chris already knowing who is cannon fodder without seeing the DO is somewhat tricky given that result.
