I love it. So glad there's a new series. Cathy is everyone's worst nightmare, great cast. I'm a Scot in England. I also really enjoy 'Still Game'.

Cathys wine rack made me chuckle! I love 2dd. I watch it with DP who has Scottish family and we love it. Very well observed and funny. He introduced me to Still Game, too!

I like the cringe element; reminds me a lot of Abigails Party, I am English but love the accents!

I love Two Doors Down. However, I agree with a previous comment that they need to watch they don’t overdo Cathy. Keep it subtle.

I think they're balancing making sure Cathy isn't getting a bit much by lowering everyone else's tolerance for her. She's been much less indulged and shut down much more harshly in the last couple of episodes, I think?

I get really irked by it for the silliest reason. I grew up in one of the semi’s that they are supposed to live in (classic Scottish 1960/70s) and the houses on the show are at least twice the size inside as the actual houses. 😂 It drives me nuts!! They were tiny!

Cat pee on the rhubarb!!

I love this programme but thought it was a bit close to the bone last night. The reference to Cathy being sick (bulimia?) wasn’t funny. I also think they are overplaying the jealousy with the new neighbour. However the rhubarb dipped in sugar took me right back to my childhood and was very well observed.

I usually really enjoy this, but I'm finding Cathy quite vicious in this series which is taking the edge of the humour for me, particularly in this week's episode when she went and dragged Michelle out of bed. There's a nastiness in it that I don't remember seeing before IMO.

But I did love Christine's line about Wales and the urine infection, and her complete lack of understanding about wooden floors....!

It's bloody brilliant!!!!! My teen son thinks Christine is utterly fabulous, which she is!!! I hope they get another series. Love it.

Whilst it wouldn't fit with the show. I'd love an episode of Michelle and Beth gossiping candidly and plotting revenge.

Aesop - agree with that, I wish they would do more shows like this.

I also enjoy Mum with Lesley Manville although that is more poignant humour not the laugh out loud sort that 2 Doors Down induces!

I agree that CAthy has a nasty edge to her now, before she was just a PITA but I dont like this new nasty/jealous turn of her character.

I enjoy Mum too. The new series should hopefully be back soon.

6 episodes of 2DD goes too quickly, I'm going to miss it on Monday nights. Hope they make some more!
