Pretty much Schady. NZ has a fantastic dish called Colonial Goose, which is a stuffed shoulder of hogget, and it is to die for.

It's sort of younger than mutton but a bit older than lamb, schaden. Really nice.

It is lush Schaden if you can find salt marsh hogget it's truly the food of God's. Had it for a much still talked about Easter lunch about five years ago, and it's now repeated every year.

They really need to rebrand rapeseed.
