Oh and I forgot to say if that Renshaw girl was 17 when Leo was in Sydney and he came to Erinsborough in 2016 then she has to be at least 19 which makes her and Bea pretty much the same age. I did forget that Ned is younger than Leo though. It still probably a smaller gap than Leo and Terese.

The cast and crew still get four weeks off at Christmas so that seems unlikely

I'd assumed Dempsey / Destiny / whatever her name is was 18 so thought the 17 didn't match up.
Don't forget Bea was living Inn the streets alone from whatever age Elly had her kicked out so she's soooooooo much more mature!!

Yes, that episode was particularly rubbish and code suddenly Toady has the energy to put on a show when Sonya And his children have been through so much.

Strange that suddenly everyone is bumping into Val Grundy when she has never been seen in an episode before.

The house that she was found in looks like Mrs Mangels old house. I recognised it as soon as Toadie walked into the hall. But I thought Dipi and Shane had moved into that house after it had been renovated. And I have always wondered why they have never showed the front room. But now it's obvious it isn't the same house.
Jane Harris looked for the stamps in Dipis house so not sure if I'm right or not but I am convinced that that is Mrs Mangels old house where Steph and Max have also lived.
Anyone else agree? this is really bugging me, strange I know but long term neighbours viewer here.

The entrance hall looked just like Shane and Dipis house. I expect its just the same set, that they've re-dressed for this one.

Yes Max lived in that house. It used to have a hallway with the lounge to one side but now you only see the kitchen

Didn't a character who also played Shane in Home and Away buy Steph and Max's house and do a load of reno's? Then it became Shane and Dipi's? Steph and Max bought it off MM?

&bluetrees yes I remember that guy from home and away coming in and going the renovations, that's why I assumed the layout had changed but seeing Val Grundys living room just reminded me of the old layout and that's where that guy doing the renovations was killed I think.

So not sure how the new layout fits in, maybe it's just the other side of the house as the hallway does look the same as someone else mentioned.

I found it so weird that Val bumps into so many neighbours having never been shown before them being found dead all within the space of half an episode. Everyone in that street knows everyone's business and she hasn't been mentioned before and now they are doing a concert for her. Weird unbelievable storyline.

Yes I thought Mrs M’s as soon as they walked in! Almost expected the painting to be there.
It’s not the most subtle/believable introduction of a character is it? But then it is Neighbours!

Dipi and Shane live in Mrs mangels house, there was an episode once where they were in the hall and it was the same layouts before. I think they’ve just had a kitchen extension done on the actual house and so had to make the set the same for when they are in the back garden.

I agree it was all quite odd with this character who nobody has ever seen before suddenly appearing, was nice to see the old props though.

When the new girl said about revealing Paul as a murderer... doesn’t “everyone” already know he’s a murderer? It doesn’t seem like it would be the most shocking revelation in town...
