Did you know this phrase refers to an incidence of cannibalism at sea? Three chaps were cast adrift from a wrecked boat and were hungry and thirsty and the cabin boy was rather ill and probably a bit comatose, so the other two cut his throat and drank his bold. Obvs he died and the two remaining were eventually rescued and tried and imprisoned, but I think there was a bit of an outcry and they didn't serve terribly long sentences.

Faye’s dance wasn’t THAT good. I was expecting something spectacular but honestly, I thought it was a bit boring.

Disappointed Lauren is still in it, she needs to leave next and take awful Dr Ranj with her (very nice guy, awful at dancing)

Agreed, @ShirleyPhallus, I can't understand how Lauren is still in. She's probably a nice girl, but she's very boring and not a very good dancer at all. She's easily one of, if not the weakest there, and doesn't have the humour/personaility to justify keeping her in.The judges are overly kind to her, but she's as dull as dishwater.

This is worth a watch for anyone who doesn't think Ashley has an unfair advantage.

I'm glad i'm not the only one who doesnt like Lauren, i feel bad as i'm sure she is a lovely person but i just find her so dull. It doesn't help that she is with AJ who i cant warm to, the only thing i liked about him was his past dance partner Chloe who i'm annoyed they got rid of, she seemed lovely.

I too am bemused why Lauren is still in, and hasn't been in the dance off yet. Who is voting for her? She's lacklustre and makes you think you are watching a rehearsal.

I've warmed to AJ a bit more this year, possibly because he is just a bit more mature. However, I still find him quite boring - it's quite telling that, if I'm watching ITT, I end up wandering off to make tea or something when he turns up. I don't particularly enjoy Lauren's dancing and that contempowaft thing they did was pretty awful.

I thought Chloe left of her own accord rather than being got rid of?

No, her dismissal was announced shortly before the announcement of Luba et al, but she was grace personified.

@ShirleyPhallus I have watched Faye and Giovanni's dance three times. Now I might be biased because Gio is my fave male pro, but that was so dull n I don't understand the excitement over the dance at all. Honestly what was all that stuff with the sunglasses, and being all cat like on the floor and pulling her ponytail? I've seen much better dances on the show that didn't get anywhere near that score.

Yep. But on the back of a Hairy Botter Paso, a Star Wars charleston and a Fresh Prince samba, I was already Kellied out by that point.

I felt sorry for chloe, it was clear she adored being on strictly even without a partner. I can't say I was keen on her getting a partner, though, not half as much as Neil needs a partner. I hope they give him one next year, I don't know why they gave Graziano a partner and not him. I bet Vick would still be in it with Neil.

bonfireheart totally agree. Was expecting something spectacular but the choreography was pretty average tbh. I think Faye is fantastic but couldn’t see really how everyone was hooting on about that dance
