There was some good action in this episode and some nice camera work. I wish there had been a bit more of this in the whole series.

The action was good, it was the Georgie storyline which was rubbish.

Bet the little lad loved being winched up into the helicopter.

Poor Maisie - I hope the army pay for some cosmetic dentistry there.

I wouldn't mind being winched up with Peanut and Spanner actually (though with Elvis for preference).

The next scenes up to the end are just utterly ridiculous. I find it hard to watch them without pulling a face, sorry.

Oh here we go it's time for a bit of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid over the cliff. Remember the final scene of that movie? They have to break out of a surrounded jail somewhere in Mexico and it all ends in slow motion and we never know for sure what happens. Well, looks like we've got our own version here.

Never mind there's some happy music to cheer us up...

Open to offers of alternative series if I can get them in iPlayer or iTunes. I’d love to do a watch along in the Last Kingdom, but it’s not everyone’s taste.
