I think Joanna kills Alistair because of his behaviour after Noah’s death, I think he drugged Noah, not her and the people outside the court are supporting her.

Ali is drugging Jo. He really is despicable. I'm assuming there must be some major twist as he is so utterly awful in his treatment of Jo (and Alex).

I'm getting irrationally angry at him. He's such a horrid man. Aaargghh

I reckon Alistair deliberately finished Noah off and is Graciously Not Blaming Jo to cover up his dastardly ways.

I don’t understand why she’s going along with it. Even if you thought you’d go to prison (and surely you wouldn’t if it was a genuine tragic accident?!) you’d be in no fit state to fabricate a whole abduction story ...

How how surely they didn't burn him. Surely in a situation like that who cares if you end up in prison... you've lost your son. There is no darker place

Losing a lot of sympathy for her with this epic acting performance during the interview. She seems as complicit as he is

Well, apart from the parallels with They Who Shall Not Be Named, Sally Clark is ringing bells here.

She was sent down for murdering 3 of her sons - only when she went completely mad in prison did the court release her on grounds the medics faked evidence. She's innocent. So are a lot of women whose children die - courts are scary places, though, when we know they convict innocent women.
