What a shit way for Delpo to win, and awful for Rafa after everything he's done in this tournament when he's been amazing

I mean Delpo played well, he did as much as he could do... I'm so chuffed he's in the final but what a way to do it.

So sad for Rafa . He seemed to be struggling in the bit of the match that I saw.

Gutted for Rafa but really hoping that Delpo will become us open champion now - he is so lovely.

Just read the end of the last thread - the dream about Delpo in the sweater lighting a log fire was hilarious - I can picture it in my mind (worryingly!)

I’ll be off to bed soon - hoping for some crazy tennis dreams (hopefully not involving Djokovic)

Horrid for everyone, feel so sorry for Rafa and not nice for Delpo to win that either.

Kei(th) is wearing a lovely kit btw. Purple shirt and maroon shorts - like a sort of raspberry/blackberry.

Djok is all over this match though. His style just seems to dominate Nishikori. Maybe it's that they're quite similar??

well, I fell asleep so mixed Rafa retiring. gutted, but now I hope Delpo can win on Sunday.

I hope Rafa's knee isn't serious, and it isn't going to affect the rest of the season.
