When I was a student the guy I'd just started seeing turned up in a belted cream mac, brogues and jeans. I realised he wasn't for me 100%. I opened the door and just stood there. My face must have said it all, as he said should I just go ? He was a decent person, so it still makes me cringe to think of it.

I give compliments. I say when someone's looking well, or a new haircut or great outfit or says or does something nice, or their food's great, or whatever. I don't think twice or go on about it after, it's of the moment and done.

I think my original liking for Hardeep has completely evaporated. He's so utterly self-righteous, and given his storm, I'm now inclined to believe he is possibly quite creepy when it comes to women. I wouldn't be surprised if all his constant talk about the wonderful world of womanhood is just a smokescreen for him to get close to women like Chloe.
