JV said to Roxanne that this must be the worst time of her life. She agreed. As others have said though, no tears, no stumbling over words, just dead eyes and a script.
Alistair Campbell was the master of manipulation and spin when he worked for the Labour Party. Although I applaud him for speaking about his experience of depression, what a fantastic job he did to spin himself from a very unpopular man to where he is now. So in Roxanne I'm sure he saw himself. He also probably had his ego massaged when he met her, no doubt those big eyes, giggles etc appealed to him. Idiot.
The sad thing is some people will believe her. In a short while lots of people will forget the details. Poor Ryan will be "wasn't he the guy who punched, or didn't or something, that one on CBB?" And she'll be "that one who thought she'd been hit in the CBB house but it was triggered by her previous dv."
I have quite a severe phobia of a particular animal. Even seeing them represented as models, on tv etc, makes me uncomfortable. With something as serious as dv, saying you're sensitive but being able to physically box, hug, fool around, sleep next to, men you barely know seems extremely unlikely to me. If she got so "confused" and knows she's "sensitive" how could she possibly have considered going in there?
Because she's a bloody liar of course.
