I think Karen is just playing brilliantly. All credit to them both the tennis has been amazing.
Are they closing the roof? I've just lost sound..... going to have to go wrestle the iPad off dp. My tv just can't cope with Amazon.

The roof is coming on because of rain - this could favour Rafa.

Ok, so- Rafa lost his only set at RG (to Schwartzman) and it rained. The break seemed to help. I am not averse to the rain delay giving him a bit of a hand here . Hopefully the roof won't affect conditions too much.

Yep I like Karen and would love to see him win....against almost anyone else.

Rafa still not entirely convincing - slightly worried about his taped knee

The taped knee is a concern. I'm hoping it's nothing too bad. But really- i wouldn't be surprised at this stage of the year if his knees are showing wear and tear. It's what happened last year.

He seems to be moving ok so hopefully it's nothing more than trying to help support it.

I've been keeping an eye on the score. Karen is very good but hopefully Rafa has the better stamina.

This match is very tight. Hope Rafa comes through it unscathed

I keep switching over, and keeping tabs on the score- only to find the US open site is a whole game ahead of the Amazon live stream at the moment.

Drama I can't believe I didn't think of doing that! I've been sitting here feeling grumpy that I had to cede control of the TV to DH and thus miss the tennis when all the while I could be watching on my laptop!

I could have also watched it while Masterchef was on. What an idiot.
