I still can't get over how good the Rafa/Delpo match was. It was just amazing from both of them.

Jay Clarke and Harriet Dart are through to the semi finals in the mixed doubles.

Both played well in the singles, and looked really chuffed with their win today.

I managed to all sorts while watching today - I didn't get gripped , but actually thought Gorges put in some good shots, but basically didn't stand a chance .
aw magi - 3 is a magical age :) I make home made playdoh, which is really easy , which might be worth a thought, and maybe slightly less messy ...
Could I have the recipe for fluffy slime too ? My DGS is 5 , and I am having him overnight at the end of the month. Now he is at school, I don't really get to play with him much ....-

Sorry for further thread hijack, but here's the recipe - it's from the NZ Herald hence the cup measurements.

Fluffy slime
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 cup PVA glue
1 cups shaving foam
Food colouring
1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
1-2 Tbsp contact lens solution - you want one that is buffered or lists sodium borate or boric acid as an ingredient.

METHOD
Stick the glue in a bowl and gently stir through the shaving foam. Add food colouring and/or glitter, along with the baking soda mixture, and stir until well combined. Next add the contact lens solution. Stir through 1 Tbsp to start with to gauge consistency. If it is too sticky, add more lens solution, a drop or two at a time. Once it comes together, knead it well until pliant. It is marvellously fluffy and soft and it will run through your fingers. Store in airtight container.

Hoping that I’ll get to see some of Rafa’s match tomorrow - there’s a bit of a dodgy bar near where we’re staying and I have to show them where bbc1 and bbc2 are - they keep trying to put bbc4 on. I think they think I’m crazy English tennis lady.

Fizzy or should I say Crazy English Tennis Lady I'd just melt into the ground like the Wicked Witch of the West if that happened to me!!

Ah thanks all. I can't really tell from the tickets how far from the court we are (looks near-ish, but probably not enough for a close encounter with Rafa unfortunately) but I'll try and take some photos and post them here.

We have had rain- actual proper rain. And my grass appears to have grown 6 inches over night .

Very much looking forward to today- although I am very nervous (as usual) about Rafa v Djok- Novak is looking a mentally stronger than he has for ages, even though he hasn't been tested so far physically.
I just hope it's a good match- they've had some ones in the past.
