Somebody at long last had a word with Sue Barker. This afternoon's the first time all season that she's said Edmund instead of Edmunds. I mean for what they must be paying her, she could at least get the players names right

I took the dog out for a quick walk- there were some lads playing with nerf guns in the small wooded area near the park and we nearly got shot at. Raahh dog was very cross. .

I watched the second half of the Sharapova-Diatchenko match. Cheered rather a lot when Dia won. It was a good match to watch, despite the shrieking.

Yay! No more Shrieky! (though they haven't gone on about her as much as they did before she appeared at RG. I think there, it was just because of the possibility of the Serena match up. Which didn't happen.

Dh now thinks he can watch football on Saturday.

Spent most of the day hopping from match to match, like a kid in a candy store.

Settled myself with the Chardy/ ShagShapavolv match & got really involved for the first time.#

Am well settled for Wimbledon now, but it's never taken me so long, which I think shows the depth of the field in both the womens' & mens' game.

Looking forward to seeing Wozniaki play tomorrow.

I have just seen the send of the repeat of TAW, and shot of the day was the amazing backwards shot that Rafa did yesterday. As it should be. It was great.

Can anyone help with how to watch Wimbledon while I’m in Spain? I’m happy to pay. I’ve tried various vpn apps but iPlayer is blocking even the one I used successfully the other day.

It’s so annoying. I wish the bbc would let licence payers watch abroad for a fee.

YouTube are supposed to be streaming it but I don't think it's that great.

I had to go out- glad to see that Milos is going well.

Just seen Monfils in a bit of bother in his first set.

Quite enjoyed the match between Vika and Pliskova - closer than the scoreline suggests, as they say. Enjoyed Martina's commentary as usual. Vika looks fab - another returning mum who has gone completely under the radar this Wimbledon!!
